After failing to deliver his much talked about proposed ‘Lorenzo by Sujimoto’ architectural 3D building, in Bourdilon, Ikoyi Lagos, He resurface with his newly announced project tagged ‘The Mystery Project’ in Banana Island Ikoyi, Lagos.
It would be recalled that the proposed Lorenzo project was suspended by the Lagos state government after several petitions was written against Sujimoto Construction Company over the proposed gigantic building by resident of the highbrow area.
Ever since the project actualization hit the rock, Sujimoto has since recoiled back into his shell. We gathered the dark skinned witty dude is facing serious problems with his investors, as they are not happy with him. They afraid of investing Billions of Naira on his new project.
CITYSPY gathered that; The former Lagos big-boy was rumoured to have raised over 1 Billion Naira from local investors for its ongoing mystery project in Banana Island, Lagos. A close source to the former millionaire property mogul, divulged that; ”Some investors are scared of investing again. Entrusting him with billions of Naira in this harsh economic situation, is like winking in the dark. Ever since He has failed to deliver his much hyped 3D drawing architectural masterpiece, tagged ‘Lorenzo by Sujimoto, lunched in Eko Hotel Years back, He has been faced with serious problem. He had to refund the money he collected from some investors. It almost crumbled his business empire and ruined his credibility”.
According to a source, the only building Sujimoto has erected till this moment, is his office building situated at Millverton, IkoyiOnly time will tell if the Osun state born property merchant, would be able to deliver his new Banana Island project or it would be abandoned like the Lorenzo by Sujimoto project.
