
It was yet another intriguing and fun-filled moment on Valentine day February 14. Lagos went agog as foremost Real Estate and Property management company, Adron Homes, threw a massive Valentine shindig tagged the ‘Adron Lemon de Val Party’ for loyal existing and new customers alongside lovers across the country.
The high octane event, held at the alluring ambiance of The Grandeur Events Centre, Oregun Ikeja, played host to top personalities across the city of Lagos as they were serenade with good musical performance from A-list artiste. The event compere Seyi Law and Helen Paul, held the audience spell bounds with their rib cracking jokes. The audience were treated to a sumptuous meal and endless supply of soft drinks, champagne, and red wine.
The climax of the event came when hip-hop duo of Wande Coal and Tiwa Savage dished out scintillating magical performance. First, it was Wande coal who opened the stage taking the audience back to memory lane with tracks from his debut album ‘Mushin 2 Mohits’ as well as latest tracks like Iskaba, Turkey Nla among others. Add an icing to the cake, Mavin’s first lady, Tiwa Savage, showed the reason she is inarguably the number one female songstress in Nigeria. Mounted the stage fitted in her black jumpsuit alongside her female dancers, who performed great dancing aesthetics. Tiwa performing with a live band dished out a jaw-dropping fascinating performance, laced with her sonorous voice and her sultry dance steps.
Delivering the welcome speech, was the Chief Executive of Adron Homes, Oba Adetona Emmanuel King, who revealed to the audience how he became a landlord at the tender age of five. He further divulged that; he learnt the ABC of real estate from his late mother before proceeded to study Real Estate at the Yaba College of Technology.
A brief inspirational lecture was delivered by motivational speaker, Fela Durotoye, who spoke on the need for invited guests to invest in the money-spinning real estate sector. He further harped on the need to leave a legacy behind for their children with a landed property so as they grow, they can point to it as a legacy left behind by their parents.
Adron Homes brand ambassadors of Nollywood’s former couple, Saidi Balogun, and Fathia Williams, among others graced the event with their presence. It also featured raffle draw, couples game amongst others trivia as some invited guests carted home juicy gift courtesy Adron.
