Things fell apart this Saturday at the Federal Polytechnic, Ado Ekiti as two student reportedly died at the polytechnic health centre after they complained of malaria related symptom but could not get adequate treatment.

The institution was today shut from all academic activities by the registrar, Mrs Sade Adediran, after an emergency meeting with the school authority. They agreed to douse the tension by shutting down the institution indefinitely till further notice stating that any student caught constituting nuisance would be arrested and dealt with.
