
When the Military carried out its first Operation Python dance few weeks ago at the Afara-Ukwu, Umuahia, Abia state palatial ancestral home of IPOB leader Nnmadi Kanu, many tongue kept wagging, condemning such act by the military as it generated lots of controversy across the country.
After the python dance, The leader of IPOB Nnmadi Kanu, has since recoiled into his shell. His where about remains a mystery to even his followers till date. An unconfirmed report has it that Kanu has travelled to the United Kingdom but till this moment, his where about is still sketchy.
Today, 8th of October, history repeats itself, the python yet danced again, but this time around, the IPOB leader’s home was again raided by a joint taskforce comprising of Police and soldiers. They claim to be working based on intelligent report received in search of some ‘Technical Items’ within the premises.
The younger brother of the IPOB leader, Prince Emmanuel Kanu, who was present when the house was being raided, alleged that the police carted away several valuables like; television, generator, clothes and household materials running into millions of Naira.
An anonymous source present at the operation scene told CITYSPY that; ”The police never looted those valuables mentioned by Prince Kanu, the things they took were just exhibits found around”. The source further added that ”Someone was arrested with a live ammunition within the premises during the raid”.
