Call him another ‘Mr Integrity’ of the House of Reps, then you are not far from the truth. Former Chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on Appropriation, Hon. Abdulmumin Jibrin has since been on 180 days legislative suspension from the lower National Assembly.
The suspension was given amid the budget padding saga which rocked the House last year where he allegedly made some secret revelation that indicted the house and its authority.
CITYSPY gathered that the Kano state born embattled lawmaker is set to return to the green chambers after his suspension tenure elapsed. The house authority states that Jibrin would have to apologise publicly to the lower chamber authority as a condition for his return to the chamber as a lawmaker.
The spoke person of the house, Hon Abdulrazak Namdas has made it know that he is not actually aware when the exact date the suspension would elapse but Jubrin claims to have finished serving his punishment and set to resume his position to give his constituents Kiru/Bebeji a better representation
