Upon taking office, Governor Diri made a solemn vow to his people: he would honor the mandate given to him by the people of Bayelsa and would not disappoint them. He committed himself to working tirelessly to ensure that the residents of the state reap the benefits of true democracy. From the outset of his first term, he exceeded expectations, redirecting the state toward growth and development across various sectors.
