Top fuji musician, Alhaji Sulaimon Alao Adekunle with the sobriquet Ks1-Malaika, has recently engineered the reunion between Fuji musicians, Pasuma and Osupa. The reunion was made possible on the 19th May 2019, at Batola Car Park, Marina, Lagos Island, where “Malaika Alayeluwa fans club” invited top personalities and Islam clerics for their annual Ramadan lecture and prayer.
Sheik Muyideen Ajani Bello, who was the guest speaker at the 13th edition, stressed that; Pasuma and Osupa fans had caused lots of damages in the hearts of the two fuji artistes by creating animosity between the Fuji duo. He further stressed that; “This is very sad as muslims. We have been waiting for this opportunity to come. Pasuma and Osupa have to settle their long time feud. This is month of Ramadan. We have to forgive ourselves. That is what the Holy Quran preaches. We have to imbibe the philosophy of forgiveness at this event, if truly we are good muslims, we implore Pasuma, Osupa to forgive each other. Only Allah forgives human.”
The clergy man further said.“I appreciate Malaika’s effort of bringing these men to this function together. Togetherness is what Islam preaches. The religion preaches peace, love and care for one another”. Malaika who is also called Qibla fuji music, appreciated all the invited guests who travelled from various states across Nigeria to attend the annual event. “I thank our guests who travelled from various states to attend Alayeluwa fans club Ramadan lecture and prayer. I urge everyone to unite more as the guest speaker had said during their lecture. This is the only way we can gain the kingdom of Allah”, Malaika said.
The high octane event, can boast of a large attendance from lots of Islamic and fuji artistes with top dignitaries from the social circle. Meanwhile, yesterday, Thursday 23rd May 2019, the fuji music legend, Alhaji Sulaimon Alao Adekunle Malaika @ks1malaika has jetted out to observe lesser hajj, Umrah in Saudi Arabia.
The Qibla Fuji music who had a wonderful Ramadan prayer/lecture on Sunday, departed Nigeria through Murtala Muhammed Airport, Ikeja Lagos, at 8am in the company of some close friends and fans. He harped that; prayer has been his key point since he started his music career. “This is another journey in my life. Worshiping Allah is the best. Prayer has been my key to success. This is the reason i am seeking another spiritual power from God Almighty at 2019 lesser hajj”. He said while at the Airport before he departed Nigeria. “My prayer point is to also pray for my country, Nigeria and fans who have been there for me. Without you, I am nobody. When I return, we will all celebrate together”.
