Nollywood actress, Yewande Adekoya has debunked the lingering rumour being peddled about her claiming she was arrested far away in the United States of America for Credit Card fraud, the actress swiftly responded by telling CITYSPY the true story.
She said; ”I want to debunk the claims by a certain online news platform spreading false information around that I Yewande Adekoya Abiodun was arrested in the US for bank fraud. These claims are totally false as I am in Nigeria at the said time and still here till date. In fact I did not travel out of Nigeria this year because of my very tight schedule.
I am an upright citizen and I have never been associated with anything illegal. All claims of this sort should be disregarded as this is a ploy to tarnish my image.”
