Life they say begins at forty but for Omolara Ashogbon Egungbohun, the beautiful wife of popular socialite IBD Dende, she started living her best life before reaching the age 40 line. Since her formative years, she has strived hard to make her own mark in life with a strong passion for finance and economics. After her graduation with a degree in accounting from the Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, the fashion connoisseur started her career in the banking sector with UBA before resigning to follow her passion for business selling of fashion. With her wide knowledge in business success, she was able to paddle the affairs of the business empire of her husband as the managing director of f IBD hotels and IBDIMPEX.
Those close to her averred that she loathes the sight of pe0ple in distress; she is always ready to assist. This spurred her passion for philanthropic work and why she floated IBD Foundation where she constantly reached out to downtrodden.
With an uncommon enchanting demeanor on 8th of September she glides into the leagues of Quadragenarian amidst pouring of encomium and wishes. Instead of the regular throwing of a big soiree like her husband did during his 50th birthday last year; she and her family opted to celebrate with prayers to her creator for the gift of life and also reaching out to the needy. Her staff and husband surprised her with numerous gifts as they sang birthday songs in excitement to celebrate her. She treated a few friends and her close family members to a lavish dinner. Sources said; the Celebration has been shifted to Sunday when her husband would be hosting friends and family at his child’s wedding ceremony in Lagos.
