The well knitted outfit, made by a designer in Lebanon, was inspired by a Peacock Room at the Smithsonian Institution’s Freer Sackler Galleries in Washington DC, USA.
While the torso was made from a collage of specially-created blue holographic film pieces to represent the regal body of the peacock in lieu of feathers, the hand-made skirt was embellished. It featured two adults peacocks in their full glory against the backdrop of a radiant full moon.
