
Oyewale Opeyemi, is the head honcho Techeffects, a Nigerian leading information technology services company and Web Graphics outfit who has been on the frontier of empowering youths, actualizing other charitable deeds across Nigeria. Techeffects, recently played host to 10,000 Youths
for a Digital Skill Empowerment (10,000 YDSE) programme held at the Federal
University of Technology Akure, Federal University of Techonology Akure (FUTA). During the public seminar, the CEO of Techeffects Web Graphics, Oyewale
Opeyemi exposed the youths to variety opportunities available in the web business. Opeyemi spoke extensively on how to use digital skills to enhance talents and
knowledge acquired while in school.
The CEO reiterated that his dream is to see students from every field of
study able to reach out to their communities and Africa at large with
their expertise using digital skills attained at the airings. “The
project at the moment focuses on the youth because this is the core and
very deep passion of the visionary. However, he has progressive plans to
cover all age bracket as the digital space is respecter of no one.” He
added.
Opeyemi Sugar further stressed that the project isn’t just ending at
FUTA. He said his organization aims at touring other tertiary
institutions across the country to inspire, educate and empower the
millennia with digital skills.
The launch of the project, however, featured special visits to notable
personalities of FUTA and a brief tour around the school environment.
