President Bola Tinubu has congratulated Governor Dauda Lawal of Zamfara State on his birthday, marked on September 2.
In his felicitation message, Tinubu described Lawal as a “Renaissance governor” whose administration has brought notable change to Zamfara State.
The President specifically commended the governor’s infrastructure and urban renewal drive, alongside his push to industrialise the state.
Tinubu also praised Lawal for extending his development agenda beyond infrastructure, pointing to the rehabilitation of over 800 schools, the recruitment of more than 2,000 teachers, and the upgrade of hospitals with improved medical supplies across the state.
The President, who has consistently championed balanced development, said Lawal’s multi-sectoral approach to governance reflects the right direction for holistic development, particularly in human capital.
As the governor marks the occasion, Tinubu said he joins Lawal’s family, friends, and the people of Zamfara in wishing him good health and renewed strength to continue serving the state and the nation.
