
As part of his plot to stay away from the recent controversies he is enmeshed in, most especially, the alleged importation of military regalias into the country, Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, has dissolved his cabinet by sacking all members of the state executive council as well as all the twenty-one local government sole administrators.
The governor made this announcement at an ongoing meeting he is currently holding with other political appointees at the Government House Lokoja, the state capital.
A close source to the governor divulged to CITYSPY that; “Governor YahYah Bello with immediate effect directed all 15 commissioners and 21 local government sole administrators to submit properties belonging to the government in their custody to the Secretary to State Government (SSG), as he dissolves his State Executive Council”.
Another close source revealed that Gov. Bello is currently coilating a new list of commissioners and Sole Administrations to be announced before mid next week.” CITYSPY will keep you posted on any latest update.
