Nollywood actress and social media influencer Nimmy Ferrari has died, just days before she was set to hold her housewarming party.
Her colleague, actress Oluwakemisola Apesin, popularly known as Kemity, broke the news on Instagram, mourning her in an emotional post that read in part that everyone else had returned home except her.
Unconfirmed reports circulating online claim Nimmy underwent fibroid surgery and developed complications that led to her death. Her family had not confirmed the exact circumstances surrounding her passing as of the time of this report.
Nimmy had recently completed building her new house and was preparing to host a housewarming celebration in the coming days. Videos circulating online showed a large crowd gathered at the property as workers dug her grave on the compound in preparation for burial.
In related news, Nollywood actress Ruth Kadiri has dismissed reports claiming she died or was involved in an accident, insisting she is alive and safe. Kadiri addressed the rumours on Instagram after discovering that several fake accounts had been created to spread false claims about her death, and urged the public to report any such accounts they come across.
