A property belonging to veteran Nollywood actor, Adeola Shoremi, popularly known as Lanko Omo Oba Dubai, has been gutted by fire.
The incident came to public attention on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, after his former wife, actress Mama No Network, shared a video of the affected building on her Instagram page. In her post, she expressed sympathy and prayed for the actor to recover from the losses sustained in the fire.
At the time of filing this report, the cause of the fire had not been determined, and details regarding the extent of the damage or possible casualties remain unclear.
Adeola Shoremi and Mama No Network were previously married in 2014 before their relationship ended. The actress later remarried in 2023.
In a related development, Nollywood actor Rotimi Salami has revealed that he was recently hospitalised after a serious health scare.
Salami shared a photo of himself on a hospital bed via Instagram on Monday, stating that he narrowly escaped death within the past 48 hours. He expressed gratitude for survival, describing the experience as extremely difficult.
